Shea butter

Shea butter is derived from the kernel of the shea tree (Vitellaria paradoxa). Shea butter is known for its cosmetic properties as a moisturizer and emollient.

It is mainly used in the cosmetics industry for skin and hair related products, such as lip gloss, skin moisturizer creams and emulsions, and hair conditioners for dry and brittle hair.
