Univar expands European distribution with Hallstar partnership

Univar is a global chemical and ingredients distributor, while Hallstar is a leading global provider of specialty chemistry solutions.

Ottaway explains that Hallstar’s specific capabilities make it a strong strategic partner for its plans to develop in the beauty and personal care industry
