Mibelle Biochemistry explains anti-ageing caloric restriction concept

Studies has shown that these genes do exhibit activity which delays ageing. Instead of doing caloric restriction, Mibelle Biochemistry is able to produce a caloric restriction mimetic effect, which can simulate the same thing.
The Swiss firm launched its snow algae extract at the in-cosmetics show which can be used in topical skin care applications, based on this caloric restriction concept.
“In the skin the extract will stimulate the klotho gene, which is an anti-ageing hormone, and it will stimulate AMPK activity. These two activities will delay ageing by activating anti-ageing genes,” says the skin care doctor.
