Albea joins forces with Vacheron to strengthen metal product range
The deal will transfer the company’s subsidiary Albea Annecy SAS to Vacheron Industries.
This will be in line with Albea’s strategy of “proposing to its customers integrated metal-plastic solutions for all its regions…while maintaining product management for all plastic injection and assembly activities.”
In a statement, the company commented: “The acquisition of Albea Annecy SAS should enable this company to control all forming, anodizing, finishing and assembly operations associated with the design and development of metal and plastic packaging solutions for the cosmetics sector.”
