Industry trade show in-cosmetics 2012 has won the ‘Best Trade Exhibition’ award the Event Awards ceremony thanks to its global reach and nine per cent growth In visitor attendance despite difficult economic times.

The event took place in April in Barcelona, boasting an educational programme that brought together sector experts from across the world – including representatives from the European Commission and brands such as Johnson & Johnson – to tackle some of the industry’s most challenging topics.

“We’re thrilled to have won this award,”​ said Lucy Gillam, exhibition director for in-cosmetics at Reed Exhibitions.

“in-cosmetics 2012 was a resounding success and we are pleased to be recognised as a benchmark for other exhibitions. We’re currently gearing up for in-cosmetics 2013, which makes its return to Paris in April, and we’ll be taking on board all that we’ve learned from this year’s show.”
