Inside the scent: notes and formulation details
According to the perfumer behind the launch, Quentin Bisch, the scent is laced with notes of naturally sourced ripe strawberry, as well as peony, sandalwood, pink pepper and lychee.
“The fruit’s juicy vivacity brings bright, elevated sweetness to the composition,” said Bisch. “Notes of peony further convey the feeling of rosy fullness, and notes of creamy sandalwood anchor the fragrance in strength and luminosity.”
The formulation also features a lily accord, plus the intense spice of Akigalawood™ and musky Ambrexolide™. It is housed in a refillable glass cube, capped with signature golden striations.
The scent will launch globally in Balmain boutiques, online, and at select fashion and beauty destinations.
