Multipurpose refillable stick
Refillable lipsticks are becoming more common, but Albéa’s Honey Moon refillable cosmetics stick takes versatility to the next level. It can be used for lip balm, concealer, eye contouring, or lipstick. The innovation also features Albéa’s Lipshine Green mechanism – a mono-material lipstick system made from just three components.
Upcycled camellia seed shell massage tool
In a collaboration for Chanel Beauty, Finnish sustainable packaging company Sulapac and French injection moulding experts FaiveleyTech created a facial massage tool made from upcycled camellia seed shells – a signature ingredient in CHANEL’s iconic N°1 skincare line.
The camellia byproduct is encapsulated at the core, while the outer layer features Sulapac’s renowned bio-sourced material. This accessory won the Formes de Luxe Prize 2025 at this year’s Luxe Pack Monaco.

Bio-circular luxury jars
Italian cosmetics packaging supplier G.Candiani collaborated with Dow Beauty & Personal Care to use its Surlyn PC 2000 REN technology to create a new packaging range. Surlyn PC 2000 REN is a biocircular version of Dow’s Surlyn resin, which offers the same properties as the original material.

Bio-based and recyclable packaging foam
Papira is a new bio-based, recyclable protective foam designed for luxury goods. Developed by Swedish sustainable packaging company Stora Enso, it’s made from traceable, sustainably sourced wood fibres. The innovation offers a rigid yet flexible solution to replace fossil-based foams like PE, EPE, and EPS.
Refillable 10ml travel-sized perfume spray
Aptar Beauty’s Nomad Refill is a 10ml travel spray that can be refilled directly from your perfume bottle in under five seconds. Compatible with all full-size perfumes with a standard screw neck, it’s a quick, clean, and secure solution that prevents overflow and overpressure.

Precision applicator inspired by surgical cosmetics
Cosmogen’s Expert Needle Tube is a high-end precision applicator inspired by surgical cosmetics. Its rounded tip allows targeted application of formulas. The aluminium skirt (ABL) from the Needle Tube collection is detachable and reusable on other tubes.
Diamond-effect packaging
Axilone has introduced a new decorative technique that creates a glossy, coloured ‘diamond effect’ on metal packaging surfaces. The faceted relief adds shine and is available in a range of colours, regardless of the base finish.
Medical devices integrated into beauty products
NUON Medical presented a prototype of its Adjustable Ion Skincare Cap, which uses retractable massage heads to diffuse ions with adjustable intensity and duration. The device claims to enhance ingredient penetration, boost circulation, and stimulate collagen and elastin production.
Also showcased was the Suction-LED Lip Plumper, featuring a removable silicone tip and three adjustable suction intensities combined with LED light to promote lip stimulation and plumping.
Recycled yet dazzling shopping bag
Rissmann’s Skyline Edition is a striking shopping bag made from 100% recycled materials. It features matte, metallic finishes and 3D effects, printed in four colours with water-based inks. Multi-level embossing and debossing create a textured effect, while gold or clear transfer finishes highlight selected areas.

Eye cream tube with flexi applicator
Quadpack’s Serenity Tube features a patented spatula-shaped applicator made of TPE that’s ideal for creamy formulations, like depuffing treatments and anti-ageing serums. The tube is available in ABL or PE with an EVOH barrier for formula protection, and the cap is made of PP with optional recycled content.
