Organisers of the event, which will take place at the RAI Amsterdam in The Netherlands this year, said that a record number of new ingredients – 211 in total from 163 companies – will be showcased in this year’s Innovation Zone section of the exhibition.
The zone, which is sponsored by cosmetics ingredients supplier Ashland, will showcase the most cutting-edge ingredients in the cosmetics and personal care industry from around the world.
Event director for In-Cosmetics Global, Roziani said: “We are thrilled to present a record 211 new ingredients this year, a true testament to the growing importance of the Innovation Zone.”
Zulkifli said this year’s event is shaping up to be “the most international yet, with exhibitors from all over the world unveiling their latest innovations here for the first time before they reach the market.”
What’s new in cosmetics ingredients innovation?
All of the ingredients in the zone will be contenders for the Innovation Zone Best Ingredient Award at the event’s annual awards.
The awards are judged by R&D professionals from finished product manufacturers and winners will be announced at a ceremony at 6pm on 8 April 2025.
