The judges aim to select the most beautiful quality perfumes from those that were launched between January and December 2018 into the French market.
There are six categories set to be awarded as winners from the public vote, a three further awards judged by an expert panel, followed by eight awards judged by a college of voters made up professionals working within societies belonging to the Fragrance Foundation France.
The public vote categories are as follows:
Best feminine fragrance under its own brand, on the mass market or in pharmacies
Best masculine fragrance under its own brand, on the mass market or in pharmacies
Best feminine declination on selective distribution
Best masculine declination on selective distribution
Best new feminine product on selective distribution
Best new masculine product on selective distribution
The expert panel categories are as follows:
Best niche brand fragrance
Best affiliate niche brand fragrance
Best fragrance from a major brand’s collection
The college of professionals as voters from within Fragrance Foundation France are as follows:
Best feminine novel fragrance
Best masculine novel fragrance
Most beautiful design of a masculine product
Most beautiful design of a feminine product
Best communications campaign for a masculine product
Best communications campaign for a feminine product
The final two awards judged by the college of professionals are new awards this year:
Best launch of a new feminine perfume
Best launch of a a new masculine perfume
The winners will be announced by the Fragrance Foundation France’s annual gala, featuring a cocktail reception, dinner and awards ceremony.
