L'Oréal and L'Occitane are among the huge name speakers set to reveal exclusive insight into the skin's mircobiome and its potential for beauty and personal care at the Cosmetics Design Summit 2019.

We have put together a two-day presentation programme that brings industry professionals all the necessary resources to tackle the skin microbiome and probiotics trend, which is undoubtedly one of the hottest and fastest growing in the skin care category right now.

The Cosmetics Design Skin Microbiome Innovation​ Summit will take place in Amsterdam from June 24 to 25 and brings together some of the leading experts in this field, from a real cross-section of disciplines, including marketing and branding, science and regulation, as well as packaging and design.

Big opportunities for networking

There will also be lots of opportunities for networking, to put you in touch with the market experts in this area, with the aim of giving you the right contacts to help leverage your goals for this category.

Likewise, the event has also caught the attention of a significant list of sponsors, all of whom are active players in the microbiome category.

Watch out for these experts speakers

In the run up to the event we will be bringing you exclusive interview with some of the speakers as well as a significant number of dedicated articles about the skin microbiome trend, so please watch out for those articles.

Speakers who the Cosmetics Design team will be interviewing will include David Tyrell, of leading market intelligence provider Mintel, and Nicole Fall of Asian Consumer Intelligence / Five by Fifty – both of whom are leading experts on the trend and will be bringing their market research knowledge to the table.

On the science side we have Dr. Chris Callewaert, an expert in the areas of skin microbiome and metabolome in health and disease, while the regulatory side will be flagged up by Patrick Gonry, safety assessor at S&C Consulting.
