SEPAWA to focus on fragrance this year

The annual SEPAWA Congress describes itself as the largest and most comprehensive B2B event for the home care and personal care industry in Europe, and this year is set to offer a total of 150 presentations.

“All delegates have the opportunity to receive a comprehensive overview over the developments, innovations and new technologies in the formulation of Home and Personal Care products​,” confirm the organisers.

Fragrance: special focus​

The event’s organisers explain that fragrance in cosmetics and personal care products is set to take centre stage at the Congress.

“In the session “Fragrances: Science, Regulation and Market”, we will investigate how the reception of fragrances can influence our senses and even our health​,” they say. “Renowned speakers present the fragrance topics and are ready for discussion."​

This year will see a special new fragrance-related feature, created with the assistance of the HTW school Berlin: a Fragrance Fashion Show.

Fragrance Fashion Show​

This will take place on the evening of Wednesday 10 October 2018, and is designed to draw a connection between fragrances specially created for this event and the wider Congress.

“Meet your colleagues and partners and enjoy a unique Fragrance Fashion Show​,” say organisers.

“Together with perfumers Drom, Düllberg and Frey & Lau, SEPAWA e.V. and DGP (German Society of Perfumers) have created fragrances which are tailor-made for Berlin HTW’s  (University of Applied Sciences) unusual fashion designs​.”
