Sabo acquires Domus personal care unit

Sabo is an international player in the development and manufacturing of specialty chemicals and ingredients used in a wide range of markets, including functional and active ingredients for personal care, additives for plastics & coatings, and specialty chemicals for industrial applications.
Domus Chemicals is a specialized chemicals player, based in northern Italy.
