Mixer & Pack, a leading developer of perfumery and cosmetics for third parties based in Spain, has announced the appointment of a new GM, Juan Mediavilla.

The appointment ties in with the contract manufacturer's ongoing strategy of internationalisation and growth, with Mixer & Pack saying Mediavilla will be in charge of developing a comprehensive plan for industrial process optimisation.

“The objective of Mediavilla will be to promote potential markets for the company and the optimization of industrial processes for the improvement of services with its current client portfolio,” the company explains.

Mixer & Pack is a contact filler, contract manufacturer and developer of perfumery for third parties, and says it is a partner for the most prestigious national and international fashion and cosmetics brands.

Mixer has a large perfumery and cosmetics factory (Madrid) with the capacity to manufacture and package 113 million units per year thanks to its Regulatory Affairs department, the company says, which is present in more than 80 countries on five continents.

Spotlight on Mediavilla

Mediavilla has more than 20 years of international experience as a senior executive, says Mixer & Pack.

Starting in the retail sector and finally specializing in the perfumery and cosmetics sector, Mediavilla has worked in the world of essences as Mexico & Central America & Caribbean General Manager of the subsidiary of the Spanish company Eurofragrance in Mexico DF.

The new General Manager has a law degree and a Master in Business Administration by the IE Business School, the company says.

"Juan absolutely meets, both personally and professionally, the profile of the leader who can, while maintaining the quality standards so representative of Mixer, optimize the processes to further improve our service with our clients and lead the company internationally, transferring the value of the Spain Brand and the added value "Made in Mixer" beyond the current borders,” the board of directors states.
