Cosfibel packaging group announces strategic shakeup
The changes take place at a senior level, and are threefold:
Alain Chevassus, founder and owner of Cosfibel Group, is taking over the management of Cosfibel Premium
Ilan Schinazi is leaving the company. After 10 years as general manager of operations at Cosfibel Premium
Stanislas Perronet, previously chief operating officer, becomes deputy general manager of Cosfibel Premium.
“This new organization highlights our will to consolidate the group’s expansion on a global level,” stated Alain Chevassus.
“I will pursue my quest to create synergies through potential mergers and acquisitions in order to participate in the consolidation of the sector. Thanks to the closely knit teams that are the cornerstone of our group’s strength, we will make Cosfibel a global leader in ‘Make & Trade’.”
Cosfibel creates, manufactures and delivers packaging solutions and promotional gifts to clients and its operations are global in scale.
Premium changes
Chevassus now becomes chief executive officer of operations for the whole of Cosfibel Group, the company confirms. This includes Cosfibel Premium, Grumbe and Shopluxe, the latter two having already been under his direct management.
Cosfibel states that Schinazi declined an offer to manage the company’s operations in North and South America, meaning Lucas Buarim and Lilian Liao Buarim will now be in charge of development in the Americas.
Perronet will from now on be working alongside Alain Chevassus. He will coordinate all of its operations apart from sales, finance, human resources and design.
The company notes that Alain Chevassus and Stanislas Perronet will attend Luxe Pack Monaco next week, and will be on hand to answer on questions regarding the changes.
