Pierre Hemar steps aside as new CEO is nominated at Ileos

International packaging group Ileos has announced that Jean Rollier will succeed Pierre Hermar as its CEO.

Rollier moves up to the role following service as board member of the group, which is headquartered in Paris. Hermar will continue at the group in the capacity of board member and chairman.

The group comprises of three divisions: Axilone produces lipsticks and packaging, Bioplan focusses on sampling and unit doses, and Ileos Graphic specialises in cardboard packaging. It operates 18 industrial sites, of which 10 are situated in France, and has 4500 employees.

Rollier has worked for the group since its acquisition in 2011 by global asset management firm Oaktree, where he has served as managing director since 2007. His role as Ileos CEO is effective immediately.
