IMCD Group announces acquisition of Jan Dekker International’s shares

Jan Dekker has 64 staff and sales offices in France, Germany, Poland, Spain and the UK, while also running two laboratories in France and the Netherlands, where the company is headquartered.
The company is said to continue under its present name while its management team will continue to lead Jan Dekker’s activities until the two companies integrate.
