Murad has developed a cream featuring encapsulated retinol that releases slowly over time, protecting the retinol from oxidation or spoilage thus reducing the appearance of deep wrinkles by increasing cell turnover, according to the international skincare company.

We developed Time Release Retinol Concentrate for Deep Wrinkles to specifically target problem areas that women feel need to be treated with more than the traditional topical solutions,” said Howard Murad, founder of Murad, Inc.

The anti-ageing cream also encompasses matrixyl synthe’6, a youth-building peptide, said to help rebuild damaged collagen while its hyaluronic acid and ceramide-3 compounds maintain essential moisture for a smoother, more youthful appearance.

Time Release Retinol Concentrate for Deep Wrinkles is said to be efficient with other anti-ageing products for an added, concentrated boost while its silicone, antibacterial applicator tip allows for precise application and controlled dispensing to deliver concentrated power directly to targeted areas of concern.

While we know that topical skincare is merely one part of the equation to achieving healthy, beautiful skin, we also know that Murad’s strong, efficacious formulas will provide users with the visible benefits they desire," says Murad.

Benefits of retinol

Vitamin A also referred to as retinol, is one of the few substances with a small enough molecular structure to penetrate and work to improve the appearance of the lower layers of the skin where cell turnover can be increased through exfoliation.

It is an extremely effective cell-communicating antioxidant ingredient which means it can literally connect to almost any skin cell and tell it to behave like a healthy, younger skin cell.
