ACP announces takeover of Sicofar
ACP, the France based packaging company has announced its takeover of fellow France manufacturing firm Sicofor.
Specialised in manufacturing promotional samples for the health and beauty industry, and with a reported €10m turnover in its last year, ACP will incorporate Sicofor’s 35 employees (with a yearly turnover of €4m) to that of their team of 80.
With this move, the production potential of the new ACP/Sicofor Packaging entity will be of more than 500 million units per year.
As of January 1st, the entire production of Sicofor Packaging will operate from a brand new industrial premises, located at un Châteaudun.
