Aramis and Designer Fragrances, a division of Estée Lauder has signed a multi-year agreement with Tory Burch for the exclusive worldwide license of its fragrance business.

The partnership is the American sportswear brand’s first foray into the beauty industry, which Aramis believes will be beneficial due to its current brand position.

Equally, Tory Burch has expressed its satisfaction at inking the deal with the cosmetics and fragrance giant, announcing it expects the first fragrance to hit the shelves in 2013.

"Fragrance is a natural extension of our brand - we will create unique fragrances that complement a woman's innate beauty. Fragrance is a part of my daily routine, and it evokes strong memories of my mother and grandmother. I still remember their favorite scents," commented Tory Burch, CEO.
