PKB’s new generation of vibrating bowl perfume pumps promise to fill fragrance bottles quickly with greater reliability.

The vibrating bowl system does not use air jets making it more reliable, cheaper, easier to use and quieter, claims to the company.

Format changeover is simple and the bowl can be used for all types of perfume pumps including crimped pumps, screw-on pumps and drop dispensers.

The France-based company claims that outputs of up to 160 units per minute can be achieved with the new system, with greater reliability.

In addition, the system has a greater sorting quality than previous product offerings from the company.

New generation of cosmetics fillers

In November last year the company announced a new generation of filling machines based on the servodrive technology.

The Synchro Cosmetics high performance fillers and cappers handle a variety of formulations including shampoo, conditioner, nail polish remover, make-up and deodorants.

PKB claims that its totally redesigned machines now incorporate the company's concept for filling on an intermittent basis, together with linear motors and new mechatronic components.

The inclusion of the new technologies allows for greater versatility, added compactness to reduce all-important floor space, easy format changeover, ergonomic design, accuracy of dosing, enhanced speed and excellent price to quality ration, claimed the company.
