Danish fats and oils company Aarhus announced this week that its Health Care Business Unit has decided to eliminate a number of non-strategic products which have proven unprofitable to the company.

From the beginning of May, Hyfatol, Cremeol, Cremao and Vegeol product groups will no longer be available, leaving only a limited number of products for cosmetics and technical applications marketed as a result of the decision.

In a statement this week the Danish company claimed that this latest move reflects a company decision to increase focus on key customers as well as on the strategic health care initiative, BSP Pharma - the company which develops various anti-inflammation treatments.
