BYK expand Wesel management team
Cosmetic additives company BYK has expanded their Wesel management team with the addition of Frank B.J. Wright, a former MD at Rockwood Holdings.
BYK have recently acquired Rockwood’s rheology division, and Wright will support and accompany the integration process of the department into the BYK additives and instruments division.
His MD role will include the new Oilfield business line and the previously existing Industrial Applications business line.
Dr Christoph Schlunken, president of the BYK additives and instruments division, commented: “With the acquisition our business has become even more international, and this is also reflected in the fact that we have appointed Frank Wright to the now international management team of BYK.”
The new management team will consist of chairman Dr. Christoph Schlünken, Albert von Hebel, Frank B.J. Wright and Gerd Judith.
