ProCepT​ manufactures unique 'small scale' process technology equipment​ used for (re)-formulation development, scale-up, clinical trials, drying studies of powders, granules, pellets, creams, ointments and gels​ in the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic and Fine Chemical Industries. 
 
The ProCepT equipment cover following processes: semi-solid mixing​ (high flow/low shear homogenisation), granulation​ (high shear wet/melt & fluidbed), pelletization​ (high shear wet/melt), coating​ (fluid bed wet/melt) and drying​ (spray drying, fluid bed, Nutsche filter, microwave and vacuum) Most important key features of the ProCepT technology is the data acquisition and reporting of all critical process parameters in excel​ and the use of glass process vessels​. Both allow maximum visibility and understanding of the processes.
