A range of glycerine-based extracts from red & white wine grape varieties, sourced from Swiss vineyards e.g. Pinot Noir, Merlot, Malbec, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Pinot Gris & Chasselas. The wine pressings which are used to produce the extracts include the grape skin, seeds & remains of the fruit flesh when the juice has been pressed out. For customers who require a grape extract standardized for polyphenols there is Merlot Polyphenols. Other wine grape extracts can be standardized on request.
