Spotlight on: Anti-ageing

The anti-ageing and age-defying products still remain among the greatest skin concerns and challenges of our industry.

The changing social and cultural attitudes towards ageing and appearances are reflected in products claims and texts. As women become more confident and self-aware, they strive to look and feel good for their age, not necessarily look 30 years younger.

On the other hand, women do expect immediate and significant results from skin care products. Thus we are witnessing a rise in various technological and scientific innovations in the fields of material science.

The blessing of a hot and sunny climate – and the resulting need for skin protection – is a driving force behind the Israeli development of extensive lines of skin care products. Responding to a local need, Israel has become a world leader in developing skin care products that protect against premature ageing and photo-ageing.
