in-cosmetics Global hot topics for market trends & educational programme revealed

Education is at the heart of in-cosmetics Global, say the show’s organisers, and this year’s programme is set to be keeping with its usual calibre.

The event’s world-renowned Marketing and Technical Seminars Theatres will deliver hot-off-the-press consumer trends, analysis and research data, as well as information on the latest relevant regulatory changes.

Topics will be diverse but of-the-minute, explain organisers, with representatives from the top market analysts, including Euromonitor, PeclersParis, GlobalData and Mintel, sharing the latest data and insights into the hottest industry trends from DIY beauty to athleisure.

The in-cosmetics Global show is set to take place 17-19 April in Amsterdam, with the education programme making up just a small part of the major industry event’s offering.

Invaluable insights

Eleni Alexandropoulou, Pharmacist at Peristeri, said: “The Marketing Trends programme covers all the current issues that are facing the industry at the moment and it’s invaluable to hear advice from leading experts on what our next steps should be.”

In the Technical Seminars Theatre, sponsored by Givaudan, suppliers of the world’s most technologically advanced ingredients, including Evonik, AkzoNobel and Lipotrue, will share the science behind each innovation and how to make the most out of these concepts to create products consumers will love.

Workshops for regulatory and formulation challenges

Meanwhile, the in-cosmetics Global Workshop programme will enable participants to stay ahead of industry issues.

Speakers will present crucial scientific and regulatory updates such as what’s new in the field of protecting the skin against the radiation of the electromagnetic spectrum and new avenues of research into the skin microbiome.

Amsterdam: a central European hub

Speaking ahead of the 2018 edition of the event, Roziani Zulkifli, Exhibition Manager of in-cosmetics Global, commented:

Amsterdam is a central hub of business in Europe, easily accessed by international suppliers and manufacturers – from the USA to the Middle East – which is why we’ve decided to return after ten years.

“We’re thrilled to be introducing our exciting new elements, which have all been imagined to further inform and inspire our visiting cosmetics manufacturers."
