Protection the key as Mango opts for airless to package anti-aging cream
Mango Madness Skin Care has announced new packaging for its ReNew Youth retinol cream in an airless pump as it looks for enhanced protection from light and air.
"Because ReNew Youth contains the highest concentration of retinol available without a prescription, we wanted to protect this high potency as much as possible and limit its exposure to air and light; as a result, we made the decision to re-package the retinol cream in an airless pump," said Gary Myers, company president.
Retinol, a Vitamin A product and time tested wrinkle reducer, is susceptible to degradation when exposed to light and air, and it is for this reason that the US-based company re-packaged its product.
