MWV set to share ‘competitive advantage’ ideas at PCD 2012

MeadWestvaco Corporation is planning to highlight some of its latest innovations and insights that are changing the consumer experience for brands across the industry at this year’s PCD event in Paris.

Its vice president of open innovation, Paul France, is set to deliver a presentation on ‘Opening up Open Innovation​,’ as part of PCD Congress on Thursday, February 9th at 9 a.m.

According to the company, the VP will share how open innovation platforms are providing a competitive advantage by balancing the ‘what is possible’ side of the innovation equation with ‘what is needed,’ and by utilising input from both brand owners and their suppliers.

MWV have also arranged for its experts to be available at its booth for those wishing to find out more on its innovation and R&D process, aerosol triggers, fragrance, folding cartons and other industry trends.

PCD 2012 will be held at the Espace Champerret in Paris over two days, Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th February 2012, and this year’s will run concurrently with the Aerosol and Dispensing Forum.
