Swallowfield makes two new director appointments

Cosmetic and personal care contract manufacturer Swallowfield has announced the appointment of two new non-executive directors to its global UK-based business.

The company has appointed Martin Hagen and Richard Organ to the director positions, who will both be charged with forming business strategies, as well as addressing issues such as performance, resources and standards of conduct throughout the group.

Hagen is the former president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and also has experience working in large national and multinational companies, where he has gained experienced in corporate governance, and regulatory issues.

Organ re-joins Swallowfield and held the position of interim chairman at the company until 2000. He is also chairman of CEPS, an AIM listed industrial service company.
