AAK appoints new president and CEO
Sweden-based AarhusKarlshamn (AAK) has appointed Arne Frank to the position of President and CEO, effective from spring 2010.
Frank is currently chairman of the board at Carl Zeiss Vision, where he also held the position of CEO until recently.
AAK board chairman, Melker Schörling said in a statement: “Arne Frank has successfully developed companies to reach strong market positions with high profitability in the international arena, and we are convinced that he is the right person to take over the management of AAK.”
AAK manufactures vegetable fats to be used as substitutes to butterfat and cocoa butter for the cosmetics and confectionery industry.
