Our company is specialized in the manufacturing of airless packaging dedicated to the cosmeceutical and the pharmaceutical markets.

What is an airless packaging?

It protects your formulations by preventing air from entering the dispensers and enables to increase the shelf life of your skincare products. We offer two types of airless systems: piston and pouch systems.

Our Airless solutions

Our Airless packaging can dispense all types of formulations with a minimum of viscosity of 1,000 centipoises up to 80,000 centipoises. Due to its high protection, airless system can protect very sensitive, preservative free or even natural formulations. We offer a large range of solutions from 5 to 150 ml.

Customization of our systems

For the customization of our packaging we are able to offer a complete service to our customers from coloration and metallization to diverse decoration techniques like silk-screening, hot-stamping, offset or film transfer.

Full service

Our commercial force is at your side at every step of your project development. It coordinates every phases with the internal team from the definition of your preferred design, the implementation of laboratory tests to the manufacturing and delivery of your products but also during the filling process.

100% airless

Our packaging can be filled under atmospheric or vacuum conditions. We have built partnership with expert fillers and can also supply patented machines or adapt existing machines as well as training filling sessions.
