In his new role Holger Winkel will be in charge of 900 employees and will report directly to the president of the scent and care division Achim Daub. His declared goal as head of the EAME region of the division is to work to bring the company’s development centres in Paris and Holzminden closer together

Winkel has extensive experience in the personal care industry working for four years in hair care at Kao Brands Europe where he was responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He has also worked on the European side of Procter & Gamble and most recently ran the over the counter (OTC) sector of Swiss pharmaceutical firm Novartis.
