Rituals Cosmetics nominated for Mapic award
Netherlands-based Rituals Cosmetics has been nominated for the 2009 Mapic awards, which honour companies in the retail and real estate sectors.
Rituals was the only cosmetics and personal care player to be named in a field of 18 nominees covering a total of six different categories.
The company was nominated in the category 'Retail Success Story of the year, alongside Primark UK and the Guess chain in France.
The winners of the competition will be named at a prize-giving ceremony in Paris, at the Palais des Festivals at 6.30 pm on Thursday 19 November.
Rituals Cosmetics claims to be the first brand in the world to combine home and body cosmetics and currently has nine stores throughout the UK.
