The Connecticut-based company has chosen Dr Valck for this position due to his extensive background and experience in microbiology and new product development.

Dr Valcke will work with Arch’s senior management team to ensure that the company invests in the best R&D efforts that support its business strategies, as well as focusing on cross-business and external technology opportunities.

Arch and its subsidiaries provide chemistry-based solutions to control the growth of harmful microbes within various applications, including hair and skin products.
