Kao Asience launches ‘Asian Beauty 2010 Project’

Japan-based consumer products company, Kao Corporation, is launching a promotional campaign for its premium hair care brand, Asience.

The ‘Asian Beauty 2010 Project’ includes a conference in Tokyo, an advertising campaign, hair diagnosis events and a specially created website.

The campaign kicks off in Japan and will be subsequently rolled out across six other Asian markets, according to the company.

A portion of product sales will be donated to the Asia-Pacific Cultural Centre for UNESCO (ACCU) to support Asian women’s activities, the company said.
