Euromonitor International's Nicholas Micallef, Senior Analyst, gives us the firm's take on the key factors driving growth - and the key challenges - for the global beauty industry.

We caught up with Micallef at the recent industry event, in-cosmetics Global in London, to hear highlights from the research he presented at the show.

Micallef spoke on economic volatility and shifting consumption patterns that are making the marketplace tougher to operate in. He also considered how industry players need to identify opportunity pockets to sustain healthy revenues, and took a look at the rise of the “green” and health-conscious consumer.
