According to the Germany-headquartered company the TFS 80-8 can fill up to 750 tubes a minute and has already been taken on by a toothpaste manufacturer in Brazil.
Oystar claims that with the new machine, the company will be filling 300 million tubes a year. In addition, it said the company will be saving 83,000 kg of toothpaste that would otherwise be lost due to the machine’s weight checking facility that avoids over filling.
TFS 80-8 is capable of filling both single color and multi-colored striped toothpastes.
