The award was given for the company's Bye-Bye Spot packaging, which is used for Nivea's latest addition to its Visage Young range.
Alcan swept up the prize thanks to its deep, accurate graphics, acquired through two printing technologies: Pixel Graphics and hot-stamping to give a mirrored effect.
The technolocy is also used for plastic tubes, and helps to bring about a more dynamic effect that aims to increase shelf visibility in the ever-competitive beauty segment.
