Next year’s in-cosmetics event in Paris will take a close look at how water is used in the cosmetics industry with a range of seminars and sessions looking at consumption and responsibility.

2013 is the International Year of Water Cooperation and in this age, and the show organisers have taken this into consideration when choosing the event in the French Capital.

At the show, attendees are invited to follow an H2O Trail, visiting participating stands to discover different formulations, ingredients, product concepts and technologies that all use water innovatively for the development of creative personal care products.

There will also be two free-to-attend panel discussions with keynote delving into H2O innovations and initiatives to reduce water consumption and limit water pollution.

New zones

There will also be two new zones at next year’s event: the ‘Fragrance in Cosmetics’ Zone and the ‘Testing and Regulation' Zone.

The popular Innovation Zone will make its return, where exhibitors will display innovative ingredient launches from the six months leading up to the show, as well as the educational programme and larger schedule of innovation seminars and marketing trends presentations.

Back to Paris

“in-cosmetics 2013 is a must-attend show for professionals in the personal care and cosmetics ingredients industry,” said Cathy Laporte, Group Marketing Manager, in-cosmetics.

“Paris is recognised as the focal point for the cosmetics industry and will provide the perfect backdrop to what will be the show's most expansive event yet. With more exhibitors, new features and a highly topical show theme, visitors will benefit from more specialised industry content than ever before.”

Three years on, the show returns to Paris, on the 16 – 18 April 2013, with over 600 exhibitors expected to attend, and new features being launched; with organisers stating the event will be its biggest and best yet.
