The company will use In-Cosmetics 2007 as the launch pad for the products whilst also showcasing its management programme of biodiversity and its reflection on eco-design for ingredients and products in the cosmetics industry.
The products have been designed to cater to oily skin complexions and as a skin repair treatment, using ingredients such as pear and plant extracts whilst also containing no preservatives.
Sourcing forty per cent of its production from French businesses, the company has stated that both the Reparami Double Action skin care treatment and the Seborami mattifying and balancing agent for oily skin care have been created solely with natural ingredients.
The Reparami product is said to prepare and repair the skin due to its ability to withstand extreme temperatures and sun exposure. By conditioning skin cells to react faster to stress, the product is said to effectively prepare the skin for 'day-to-day' life.
Likewise, by stimulating the creation of charperone proteins the repairing quality is said to leave the skin less looking less visibly strained and more resistant to the elements.
Drawing on its work in phytocosmetics the company has created the Seborami product with plant extracts, AHAs and keratolytic agents that, when combined, are said to aid the decrease of skin shine for consumers with oily skin.
The product is said to fight shiny epidermises and dilated pores that create oily skin by encouraging sebum flow whilst using an amino acid derivative that has proved sebostatic and antiseptic qualities.
The company, also known in the food industry, has formulated the product into a brown liquid, and stabilised it with Amigel whilst using a plant origin glycerin.
Alban Muller will be among many ingredient manufacturers aiming to create further brand awareness by presenting at the In-Cosmetics show, held next month in Paris.
