Procter & Gamble has elected Linda Clement-Holmes to the position of senior vice president of global diversity and global business services, effective from 1 February 2010.
The appointment will see Clement-Holmes taking on new responsibilities in her capacity as global diversity leader while maintaining her existing global business services responsibilities, said P&G.
Her new role will see her report to Board Chairman Bob McDonald, who said of the appointment; “Linda brings a track record of high performance, high standards and collaborative leadership to P&G’s efforts to ensure our employees reflect the diversity of consumers we serve.”
