Global speciality chemicals company, Innospec has appointed Milton Blackmore to its board of directors.
Replacing retired board member James Puckridge, Blackmore will assume his position on 1 June 2010.
Commenting on the appointment, Innospec chairman Robert Bew said Blackmore brings ‘a wealth of experience’ to the company.
“[Blackmore] is very familiar with both Innospec and the markets in which we operate and his addition will be invaluable to us,” he commented.
