Innospec appoints new sales director for personal care
Treen moves over to Innospec from silicon manufacturing specialists Dow Corning.
His new role will entail the leadership of the entire Innospec personal care team across EMEA, as the chemicals giant looks to develop the growth of its personal care portfolio in that region.
Phil Boon, Executive Vice President, business operations, acknowledged the company’s renewed focus on the sector in a statement.
“We have been strategically investing in our strategic personal care business, most recently with the acquisitions of Chemsil and Chemtec.”
Treen confirmed this: “I am pleased to be joining Innospec, in one of their strategic businesses, at a time when the focus is on growth and expansion. I’m looking forward to joining an energetic team and helping to grow this important business.”
The appointment comes into effect from February.
